Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Dhikilabs LLC (doing business as "Portavi") ("Portavi", "we", "us") governing your use of the Portavi website and services at useportavi.app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Portavi.

Portavi is a software tool. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker, or fiduciary. Nothing on Portavi, scores, direction calls, AI deep dives, chat responses, digest emails, alerts, or any other content, is personalized investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

Signals are computed from public market data and are educated estimates based on historical patterns. Past performance does not predict future results. Signals can and do get things wrong. You are solely responsible for any trades you make. Consult a licensed financial advisor for personal advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Portavi. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements. Portavi is operated from the United States; by using it you consent to the transfer of your data to the US.

You create an account by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of that Google account and for all activity under your Portavi account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. One account per person.

Portavi offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Pro is billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Current prices are shown on the paywall before you subscribe.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies at your next renewal.

Free tier. All accounts include a Free tier with daily-refreshing AI usage (1 AI Analysis and 10 AI chats per UTC calendar day), alongside unlimited access to signals, watchlists, portfolios, and other non-AI features. No card is required; upgrade to Pro at any time for unlimited AI and advanced tools.

Cancellation. You can cancel any time from the billing portal on your account page. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep Pro access through the end of the billing period you already paid for, then your account automatically downgrades to Free.

Taxes. Prices do not include sales tax, VAT, or GST; applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.

See the Refund Policy for details. In short: we don't issue refunds for partial billing periods, but you can cancel any time to stop future charges, and we will correct any clear billing errors.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond what the UI supports.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute signal data, deep-dive content, or other Portavi output.
• Share your account credentials, or use one account across multiple individuals.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring models or derive confidential algorithms.
• Use the Service to harass, deceive, or defraud others.
• Interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' access (including by bypassing rate limits).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Portavi, the software, visual designs, and all generated content (signal scores, deep dives, explanations) are owned by Dhikilabs LLC (doing business as "Portavi") or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service while your account is in good standing. No other rights are granted.

Underlying market data is provided by third parties under their own terms; we don't grant you rights beyond what those providers allow.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that signals, prices, or any other content will be accurate, timely, complete, or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portavi and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, trading losses, missed opportunities, or data loss, arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) US$100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dhikilabs LLC (doing business as "Portavi") and its operators against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, unpaid invoices after reasonable notice, or extended inactivity. Sections that should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Portavi agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
